Ginger Zee Does “Intense” Trio Dance On ‘Dancing With The Stars’ – WATCH VIDEO
Ginger Zee and Val Chmerkovskiy were joined by Artem Chigvintsev for their trio paso doble on Monday’s “Dancing With The Stars.” The three impressed the judges with their “intense” dance together to David Guetta’s “Shot Me Down.” Watch the video below.
Zee and Chmerkovskiy chose Chigvintsev because they felt he’s a strong paso double dancer. And it was a strong dance indeed. For it, they received a long standing ovation.
And for their trio dance, Zee, Chmerkovskiy, and Chigvintsev, Len Goodman said, “You came out full of attack and full of aggression.” While he pointed out there were flaws, Goodman praised Zee for her “commitment, and the way you dance week after week is amazing.” Bruno Tonioli called Zee’s trio was “intense and surreal.” And Carrie Ann Inaba felt she came “out in full force.” She noted Zee lost her balance a couple of times, but loved how she was “living the drama” in her dance.
So how did Zee, Chmerkovskiy, and Chigvintsev do with their paso doble to David Guetta’s “Shot Me Down”? They received a total of 27 out of 30 from the judges. Check out video below of Zee, Chmerkovskiy, and Chigvintsev’s trio dance on “Dancing With The Stars.”
