Paparazzi in Italy are about to find out what happens when you push George Clooney too far.

After a photographer allegedly scaled a wall at the actor’s Italian home and snapped a topless shot of a friend’s 13-year-old daughter changing in one of his guest rooms, the Oscar winner decided enough is enough, and is suing both the brazen paparazzo and the two magazines that published the pictures. There were also photos taken of Clooney and his girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis relaxing privately in his yard.

Clooney said in a statement, “I don’t know about the law in the United States but in Italy it’s illegal for photographers to climb over my wall and to take long lens pictures of a 13-year-old girl in her bedroom. I draw the line of privacy at that.”

Gossip Cop commends Clooney for standing up to those photogs who have gone too far.
