George Clooney Girlfriend Fuels Marriage Rumors With Gold Band

Last month, George Clooney’s girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis was photographed reportedly “flaunting what looks to be a giant engagement ring,” leading to rampant speculation that the longtime bachelor would soon be off the market for good.
At the time, Clooney’s rep exclusively told Gossip Cop, “It’s a napkin ring,” and Canalis was just having a bit of fun at a group dinner.
It was not an engagement ring.
But is she now wearing a wedding ring?
The Italian actress was spotted this week in Milan with a gold band on that finger.
Yeah, that one.
So, what’s the deal?
Clooney’s rep tells us: “I just checked the laws in every country in the world, and found that it is not against any law in any country to wear a ring on any finger one wishes. And that’s the end of that story.”
