CLAIM: George Clooney and Elisabetta Canalis “Split”

“George & Elisabetta On The Rocks!” exclaims a headline from In Touch, which goes on to claim, “George Clooney has fallen out of love with Elisabetta Canalis.”

The tab then quotes a so-called “friend of the actor,” who says that after two years of dating, “They’re taking a break… They both seem ready to move on.”

In Touch bolsters its argument by noting, “The once-happy pair hasn’t been spotted in public together since early May, when they celebrated George’s 50th birthday.”

According to the magazine, “George’s commitmentphobia was likely a factor in the split.”

“Elisabetta is one of the most beautiful women on the planet,” adds In Touch, ”but apparently that still wasn’t enough to hold fickle George’s attention.”

Clooney’s supposed “friend” concludes, “The spark between them is gone.”

Despite In Touch‘s assertion that Clooney and Canalis are “taking a break” and have “split,” the couple is very much together.

And while the magazine may not have seen the two since May — which was just a little more than a week ago — certainly the paparazzi have. Clooney and Canalis were photographed together today in Milan.

Oops.

“The truth is George and Elisabetta are in Como together,” the actor’s rep tells Gossip Cop. “They [In Touch] would have known that if they had done their homework.”

Once again, In Touch gets an “F” in reporting.

    How can GC and EC be in Como together when GC is filming with Sandra Bullock in London? Unless they wrapped yesterday or the day before, that is…

    There are many pics out there of GC taking photos of SB’s son Louis, and GC’s assistant/bodyguard Gio is there with them…

    Something weird is going on. First, the obvious lie that skanknalis was in London with George when she was clearly in Cannes. Now, the obvious lie that George is in Milan, when he is clearly in London. It’s almost as if the lies are being made very obvious on purpose, as if to say hey, yep, this was never real in the first place, so we’re going to make the lies completely obvious. Funny thing is, the obvious lies are being published by the likes of Eonline and Gossip Cop. Maybe it’s a joke being played by George on the stupid entertainment news media that never bother to fact check or verify anything. They were stupid enough to buy much of the p.r. crap early into the publicity arrangement, so why not feed them obvious lies now, just for the hell of it? Or maybe it’s just that skanknalis’s camp is too stupid and desperate to care that their lies are so obvious.

    Just as I predicted yesterday, skanknalis’s camp is releasing old pics and labeling them as new. They did the same thing a few weeks ago when they re-released old pics of them on the boat, the difference being that those had previously been published. These weren’t published before to my knowledge, but they’re not new. Different day same sh*t.

    Furthering this theory is the fact that while Gossip Cop states that they were photographed in Milan yesterday, the photos were not published anywhere until today. Therefore, someone either told Gossip Cop they were photographed together and Gossip Cop simply took their word for it, or someone sent old or photoshopped pics directly to Gossip Cop. In other words, someone really wanted Gossip Cop to refute the break-up story and came up with a way to get them to do that. If this were not a deliberate manipulation and pics were actually taken today of George with skanknalis in Milan, the pics would have been released BEFORE Gossip Cop was made “aware” of them.

    It seems that skanknalis’s publicist took and kept back old pics as “insurance.” Undoubtedly, some of these will appear in “Chi.” George doesn’t need a leather jacket outdoors in June.

    The Milan photographs are old. skanknalis’s publicist saved them back for later release. If you look at the series of pics on PopSugar, you’ll even see that skanknalis’s clothes are different in some of the pics and the body guard is different. Winter clothes in June? It didn’t happen, as usual. Nothing to see here, just more lies from skanknalis and her dishonest publicist. George hasn’t let skanknalis near him since December, and that was just for one final photo op.

    I just noticed that in the two pics on PopSugar in which skanknalis is wearing different clothes including a scarf, and is not with George, and is with a different body guard, she has bought herself flowers from the hotel gift shop. LOL. It’s clear that those two pics were taken on a different day, and skanknalis was alone except for the guy they got to pretend to be a body guard.

    Also interesting is that Bauer-Griffin has “exclusive” rights to this bogus photo op series. Obviously, that would not be the case if they were actual paparazzi photographs, as different paparazzi would sell them to different agencies. I guess skanknalis’s trashy, dishonest publicist was too lazy to send them off to multiple agencies. And of course one has to ask how Gossip Cop would have seen a series of paparazzi photos exclusive to just one agency the day before even the agency released them, and the answer is that the publicist sent them to Gossip Cop as well as to Bauer-Griffin.

    The same series from the bogus photo op appears on PopSugar and JustJared with photo credit given to Bauer-Griffin. The bogus photo op series is not available at any of the other photo agencies such as Getty Images, WireImage, Kika Press, Bruno Press, Ramey Pix, etc.
