Former president George W. Bush has been making the media rounds lately to promote his book “Decision Points.”

This morning on “Fox & Friends,” he discussed his father’s black testicles.

Or, more accurately, he explained the first President Bush’s unique “sense of humor” with an anecdote about the elder politician’s interaction with nurses after an operation at the Mayo Clinic.
