Gavin DeGraw “GMA” Video: Watch “Good Morning America” Performance!
Gavin DeGraw performed “She Sets The City On Fire” on Monday’s “Good Morning America.” Watch below!
While many celebrities have the day off in honor of Labor Day, DeGraw was up bright and early for his TV appearance. He tweeted at 6:45 a.m., “Happy Labor Day from NYC. Performing live this morning on @GMA #SheSetsTheCityOnFire #somethingworthsaving is out on Friday!”
Indeed, it’s a big week for DeGraw. Something Worth Saving, the singer’s sixth studio album, will have its long-awaited release on September 9. The record is DeGraw’s first in three years.
“She Sets The City On Fire” came out in July as the lead single. That was followed by “Making Love with the Radio On” in August. DeGraw, who was nominated for a Grammy in 2014, has a co-writing credit on both tracks.
The performer is probably still best known for his 2004 breakout song, “I Don’t Wanna Be,” which served as the theme song for “One Tree Hill.” In 2012, DeGraw showed he could do more than just sing when he competed on season 14 of “Dancing with the Stars.” That said, he and partner Karina Smirnoff finished in ninth place.
These days, DeGraw is focused on celebrating his new album and his tour with another former “DWTS” contestant, Andy Grammer. The two are slated to perform in Ohio on Tuesday, and currently have dates scheduled through early November. For a taste, check out the “GMA” performance below!
