Garth Brooks Gifts Two Cars To Fan Who Bought 4 Millionth Concert Ticket
Garth Brooks surprised a lucky fan who bought the four millionth ticket to one of his concerts with a new black Jeep Cherokee, a red Corvette and several other prizes at his Grand Rapids, Michigan show this past Thursday.
The woman, who hasn’t been named, but is reportedly a teacher, was brought backstage before the concert to meet Brooks and his wife Trisha Yearwood, who’s touring alongside her husband. In addition to the new cars, she was also given a trip to Las Vegas for four people, a $5,000 shopping spree, and her student loans are being paid off.
The Garth Brooks World Tour with Trisha Yearwood, which kicked off in September 2014, is currently in its fourth leg and expected to run through 2017. The country star has been traveling with his show across the United States and Canada, but is expected to venture off to Europe, Australia and South America in the near future.
Brooks’ tour, which was launched to promote his 2014 album Man Against Machine, is his first in 13 years after coming out of retirement. Gossip Cop reached out to a rep for Brooks, who declined to comment on the details about his four millionth fan’s pricey gifts and backstage experience.
