NBC’s annual celebration, now in its 84th year, is a star-studded event that kicks off the holiday season. This year’s telecast was once again hosted by “Today” show anchors Matt Lauer, Savannah Guthrie, Al Roker, and Hoda Kotb. In addition to Brooks and Yearwood, there were also musical performances from Tony Bennett, Neil Diamond, Josh Groban, Tori Kelly, Sarah McLachlan, Dolly Parton, Jordan Smith, The Roots, Anthony Hamilton & The HamilTones, and more. Alec Baldwin and “SNL” star Kate McKinnon were also on hand to help light the tree.

Brooks and Yearwood are currently on a three-year world tour, and set to release a Christmas album together later this year, which will feature a collection of new holiday collaborations. With more than five million tickets sold in its second year, their concert tour has become the biggest in the world. Brooks’ newest record, Gunslinger, was released last week and features the single “Whiskey to Wine,” a duet between husband and wife, which they recently debuted on “Good Morning America.” Check out Brooks and Yearwood’s “Christmas in Rockefeller Center” performance below!
