Didn’t say it was her fault. Just that since it happened at her house it will only be her’s, Martinez, and everyone who works for Halle’s word against Aubry. Aubry is the one who ended up hospitalized so seems he got the worst end of whatever happened. Plus the only victim in all of this personal drama is Nahla. All the adults are acting like jerks. Can’t they try and get along for the sake of the child.

GC – Aubry was not arrested by police. During ther fight, Olivier pined Aubry down and then placed him under “citizen’s arrest” for battery. Police arrived and had Aubry transported to hospital. No one has bern charged yet.

Gabriel is unstable & his history of “illness” is well documented.
He’s brawls with paps, called Halle n*gger, & kicked the nanny. He chooses
not to work to get $ from Halle. He “wins” his case to keep Nahla in CA,
despite clear logic for her to move away from the paps (which poses no
interference with his relationship with her; he would live on Halle’s dime, speaks
French & as a model can work from anywhere). He goes to Halle’s & his reaction to an olive
branch is a brawl, in front of Nahla, on Thanksgiving? His emotional
damage runs deep. Perhaps his background is relevant. Halle
may have relationship issues but works on solutions by not staying in bad ones.
Is Gabriel the saint -martyr, nope. This is the crack in the armor
that people will start to see. The doting father is an act & Nahla is
his prop. Has he cared for anything in the past? Relationships? A pet? A plant?
It’s easy to blame Halle because she is famous, but the real story is Gabriel’s
“dark passenger”

I wasn’t there so I am trying not to judge. But there’s something about Hallie Berrie I don’t care for. I think it’s wrong to take that little girl away so the dad couldn’t see her as often. They call themselves grown men, pleeeeease, all this battling going on, and there’s a 4 year old in the house. Halle doesn’t strike me as particularly smart, beautiful yes, smart, not so much. How this went on with her child in the house is beyond me. And the childs father was one of the fighters, he’s worse than Halle. It’s obvious, her choice in men over the years, left a lot to be desired. If ever there was a woman who needs to be alone for awhile, it’s Halle.

Sounds like you’re in Gabriel’s side actually. Gabriel threw the first punch. Both men were bickering. After a nasty custody battle it’s unlikely there are any olive branches extended so quickly. The boyfriend is supposed to marry Halle and has every right to be there since they were all supposed to be adults in this.

Or Gabriel isn’t as innocent as some people wish to think because they’re so upset at Halle.

So Gabriel had the correct response by trying to punch the other guy in front of his daughter? Obviously your dislike or hate for Halle made you forget that key factor. A good father would’ve either walked away or held himself back for his child’s sake so it wouldn’t get physical.

Some people are so quick to assume Aubry started that fight? Think again. And NO, he does not have a history of doing bad shit to Berry or having a violent temper – she made all that shit up remember? CPS completely backed Aubry – they KNOW she lied about everything. And a judge shut her down on France – again, he knows the truth. So get your heads out of your asses and face the fact that this is ALL Berry, every bit of it, and she’s only going to do worse and worse things to Aubry until she gets her way. I would not put it past her to hire a hitman next. These are not the actions of a sane woman or a fit Mommy. I pray this whole set up blows up in her face, big time. In fact, I hope she ends up losing custody of her daughter.
