Future Slams Russell Wilson: Do NOT Act Like My Son’s Father With Ciara (VIDEO)
As Gossip Cop has reported, Ciara gave birth to a boy, also named Future, last year, before splitting with the rapper a few months later. Ciara and Future have NOT remained on good terms in the wake of their breakup, and had a war of words earlier this week. As Gossip Cop reported, it was widely believed the stars had ended their engagement due to Future’s alleged cheating, but he recently claimed HE was the one to dump HER, and that here was no cheating involved whatsoever.
Ciara fired back on Twitter on Monday, telling Future to focus on being a good father. Now Future is slamming Wilson, who Ciara began dating earlier this year, for seemingly taking over daddy duties. Wilson, who brought Ciara to the ESPYs on Wednesday and will take her to the Kids’ Choice Sports Awards Thursday night, was recently photographed pushing little Future’s stroller, and (big) Future expressed his anger in an interview on Power 105.1’s “The Breakfast Club.”
After co-host Charlamagne Tha God said he thought Ciara was “cursed,” Future said he genuinely wants his ex to be “happy, and insisted he’s not “bitter” that she’s “moved on.” He went on to deny posting a gun and football emoji online over the photos of Wilson with his son, even revealing Ciara took it seriously and sought help from lawyers. But while that may have been a photoshopped fake, Future is indeed upset, and said, “Of course I wouldn’t want anyone to push my son. That’s like the number one rule.”
“If I was a kid, and my mom had a dude pushing me, I would’ve jumped out the stroller and slapped the sh*t out of him,” he continued, before going on to criticize Ciara. “You never do that in our community. You don’t even bring a man around your son. You only know this dude for a few months and you’re bringing him around your kid? Who does that? Nobody does that.”
Future even accused Ciara of setting Russell up to be photographed that way. “At the end of the day, I’m not for the publicity stunt,” said the performer. “Leave my son out of all the publicity sh*t. Just leave him out of your relationship, because we don’t need your relationship for anything.”
“I can take care of him on my own, without any help,” Future added. Watch the interview below, beginning at the 9:50-mark, below, and tell us what you think.
