Gwyneth Paltrow to Return to “Glee” Next Season
9:16 am, March 17th, 2011
Gwyneth Paltrow will come back to school next year.
“Glee” plans to have the actress return as substitute teacher Holly Holliday for its third season, series creator Ryan Murphy announced.
She is already scheduled for a third appearance later in the current season.
While speaking at last night’s PaleyFest event for the series, Murphy explained that Paltrow is “sort of the muse of the show,” someone he frequently contacts for opinions.
Another favorite guest star, Kristin Chenoweth, will also be returning later this year.
Murphy additionally confirmed that “Glee” is working on a show devoted to an album rather than an artist, and that it will be Fleetwood Mac‘s “Rumours.”
There is no air date yet for the “Gleetwood Mac” episode.
