Jennifer Hudson may be returning to “American Idol” — as a judge.

The Oscar and Grammy winner — who was shockingly voted off in seventh place during season 3 — is reportedly in talks to join the music competition for its next season.

Hudson has already received an offer from the show’s producers, according to Vulture and The Wrap.

FOX is said to be revamping the show for its 13th year, including its judges panel.

Randy Jackson has already announced his exit, and Nicki Minaj, Mariah Carey, and Keith Panel are not expected to return, either.

Hudson would be the first alum of the series to serve as a judge.

Earlier reports also floated season 1 winner Kelly Clarkson and season 8 runner-up Adam Lambert as possible judges, but both stars have since distanced themselves from the claims.

Gossip Cop has reached out to a rep for Hudson, but has yet to hear back.

FOX had no comment.

Celebrities are expressing mixed reactions to the Boy Scouts of America’s decision on Thursday to lift its ban on gay members.

While many stars are happy the organization is taking this step towards equality, others expressed dissatisfaction that LGBT leaders will still not be permitted.

Earlier this year, the BSA postponed making a decision on the hotly-contested issue, prompting Ellen DeGeneres to make a heartfelt plea for the ban to end on her talk show.

Chief Keef and Katy Perry probably won’t be collaborating anytime soon.

The rapper fired off a series of nasty tweets — including violent threats — about the pop star on Thursday, two days after Perry dissed one of his songs.

“Just heard a new song on the radio called ‘I hate being sober’ I now have serious doubt for the world,” Perry tweeted on Wednesday.

It’s unclear if the songstress knew “Hate Being Sober” is Keef’s song, as she never mentioned him.

But the rap star took serious offense.

“Dat b*tch Katy Perry Can Suck Skin Off Of my D*ck,” Keef fired back on Twitter Thursday.

He continued, “Ill Smack The Sh*t out her ✋,” and then added, “New Song Katy Perry Coming Soon.”

Perry has not responded to Keef’s tweets.

Kim Kardashian shows the moment when she learns her baby’s gender on the upcoming season of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”

In a new preview clip from the show, viewers see sisters Kourtney and Khloe and mother Kris Jenner accompany the mom-to-be to the doctor’s office for a sonogram.

“Do you see a little pee-pee?” Jenner is heard asking the doctor as the group stares at the monitor.

For the big revelation, though, it looks like fans are going to have to wait for the full episode.

“Lindsay Lohan Invites Drug Dealer To Visit Her In Rehab!” screams the headline of a piece from RadarOnline.

The webloid then quotes a so-called “source” who not only lays out the site’s claims in one tidy sentence, but also does so with remarkable grammar: “Lindsay advised Betty Ford that she wanted to invite a male friend, whom it’s known she partied with for years and had provided drugs to her, including cocaine.”

The blog’s “insider” adds that Lohan’s “treatment team nixed the plan and prohibited the dealer from making it onto the clinic’s grounds.”

Then, RadarOnline writes that it “has chosen not to reveal the identity of her drug dealer.”

That’s interesting because the webloid not only revealed the person’s name in a previous post, but also published the man’s nickname.

Vin Diesel made a memorable appearance on Wednesday’s “Tonight Show,” telling Jay Leno he’s never used steroids to build his famous physique — and later surprising the host by bringing out his young children.

The Fast & Furious 6 star was asked about staying fit and explained that while he’s experimented with some substances — he’s never juiced.

As he colorfully explained, “I have a lot of friends that I grew up with who were bouncers that would do steroids and then have to have their t*ts drained.”

OK, then.

Later, Diesel decided to bring his kids on stage for an impromptu appearance — although the adorable tykes looked less than thrilled to be there.

January Jones says she knew she was raising her child without a father from the get-go.

The “Mad Men” star, who refuses to reveal the identity of her baby daddy, tells Net-a-Porter’s magazine The Edit, “I don’t have room for anything else, so I don’t know how I would have done it with a partner.”

Jones adds, “I knew I would be raising my son alone. It was something I went in to knowingly, I was prepared mentally – and I was excited about it.”

But why won’t she divulge who fathered her baby Xander?

Jones explains, “It’s just not something the public needs to know,” noting, “I don’t divulge my sexual preferences. There are parts of your life – no matter what your job – that should remain private.”

A Psy impersonator (left photo) completely fooled partygoers and other celebs at the Cannes Film Festival.

An unidentified man, dressed to look like Psy — and surrounded by “bodyguards” — was warmly greeted and photographed at Cannes events and exclusive parties.

That is, until the real Psy (right photo) called out the faker on Twitter.

“Seems like there’s another ME at cannes . . . say Hi to him. Lol,” tweeted the actual Psy on Wednesday, half the world away in Singapore.

The South Korean singer even had a sense of humor about it, tweeting a pic of a fan with the impostor (see below), along with the message, “Here the picture of Fake PSY in Cannes… LOL.”

And while the singer thought it was funny, Gossip Cop hears several organizers of events were less amused, having given the faux Psy a slew of freebies.

Also tricked was Skyfall actress Naomie Harris, who tweeted what she thought was a picture of herself with the singer (see below).

She wrote, “Me and Psy at the Chopard party in Cannes! Xx.”

Bill Hader, who just left “Saturday Night Live” after eight seasons, visited Howard Stern’s radio show this week — and had some thoughts about “SNL” guest hosts Justin Timberlake and Justin Bieber.

Five-time favorite Timberlake is “great” and a “class act,” says Hader, who mentions that when the actor-singer comes on the show, he “doesn’t show up with anybody. It’s just him.”

The same cannot be said for Bieber.

Hader recalls, “Justin Bieber showed up with like 20 guys… He had a guy holding a slice of pizza, a guy holding a Diet Coke… You’re trying to fight through all these people to get dressed.”

On Thursday’s “Ellen DeGeneres Show,” the actress talks about how her body has changed over the years.

“I looked way better when I was 15,” explains Seyfried. “I had beautiful, huge breasts. And then I came to Hollywood, and I was like, ‘I got to lose weight, I got to look thin and fit,’ and then I lost them a little bit.’”

While she says she doesn’t necessarily “miss” her buxom past, she worries about body image expectations.

“I was feminine. I had some nice curves, and I think we should really appreciate that instead of trying to get rid of everything,” declares the star.

“Taylor Swift Does NOT Want Selena Gomez Dating Justin Bieber Because She’s JEALOUS?!” blares a headline from Perez Hilton, who claims Swift stuck out her tongue when she saw the on-and-off couple kissing at the Billboard Music Awards because she’s envious of their relationship.

The blogger quotes a so-called “insider” as saying, “Let’s put it this way: Taylor is not a Belieber.”

Ah, yes, because people who are close to celebrities use terms like “Belieber” in everyday conversation.

Anyway, the supposed “source” adds that Swift is “also a little bit jealous in a weird way.”

“Taylor is jealous that Selena still has Justin as ‘her person’ to go to,” explains the “insider.”

Perez then offers his own two cents (which no one asked for), writing, “For a girl who never shuts up about her various romances (literally, she’s always singing about them), you’d think she’d be a little more understanding, LOLz!”

And you’d think that for someone who has been blogging as long as Perez has, he’d have a better understanding that good journalism requires fact-checking.

Fortunately, Gossip Cop does.

We spoke to a Swift insider about the jealousy claims, and we were told, “That couldn’t be further from the truth.”

Robert Pattinson broke up with Kristen Stewart because Katy Perry told him to, says Life & Style.

The tabloid, which falsely claimed Stewart and Pattinson were set for a “secret wedding” last year, now claims that the “real reason” for their reported split is that Perry urged her pal Pattinson to dump Stewart.

“Katy told Rob she didn’t think their relationship could withstand the cheating scandal,” explains a so-called “insider” for Life & Style, referring to Stewart’s past indiscretion with Rupert Sanders.

The mag’s source adds, “And he deserved better than someone who would destroy a family [like Rupert's].”

Life & Style alleges that Pattinson tried to make things work and agonized over the decision, and was able to do so with the support of Perry.

“Katy liked Kristen, but ultimately she’s loyal to Rob and wants that’s best for him,” says the tab’s spy. “I know he always leans on her during hard times, and Katy would do anything for him.”

Enough.

Outlets have been trying to drag Perry into the Stewart-Pattinson saga for years, mostly because she’s a huge name the tabloids love to exploit.

But while she and Pattinson are indeed friends, and while he seems to be in a relationship transition, the notion that one has anything to do with the other is pure fiction.

Pattinson is a grown man, and his decisions are his own, even though Life & Style would love to portray Perry’s supposed distrust of Stewart as the “real reason” behind recent events.

The magazine has never had a good handle on Pattinson’s love life, and the streak continues here.

In the adult video, Dunham’s character Hannah leaves boyfriend Adam and turns to lesbianism.

Dunham tweeted on Thursday, “I wish I had a better attitude about the Girls porn parody. I really can never predict what will trouble me and it’s simply exhausting.”

Adult film star Richie Calhoun, who plays Adam in the porn spoof, said he wanted to make the video true to the HBO series, telling media outlets, “I tried to make it as weird as possible. I tried to say really weird things and do really weird positions.”

“Khloe’s Body Obsession: Is She Going Too Far?” blares a headline from In Touch, which speculates that Khloe Kardashian’s recent weight loss may be unhealthy.

How so?

According to the mag, the reality star has “become hell-bent on improving herself from head to manicured toe — and those in her inner circle fear she’s going over the top.”

A supposed “insider” tells the tab, “Now that she’s put her fertility treatments on the back burner and doesn’t have to worry about being bloated from hormones, she’s focusing all her energy on her appearance.”

The purported “friend” reveals, “Khloe has already lost around 20 pounds, and she says she wants to lose another 15. She is obsessed.”

In Touch’s so-called “source” goes on to allege that Kardashian is also “using fillers and Botox.”

Um, no she hasn’t.

A Kardashian rep says it’s NOT TRUE that the former “X Factor” host is using either treatment.

Anyway, the tabloid’s fake friend further claims, “Now that she sees how she can be hot and pretty, that’s not enough,” adding, “She wants to be the hottest and prettiest, no matter what.”

Uh-huh.

Here’s what’s really going on in this story.

Kardashian is on an workout kick, which she initally started to help her brother Rob get fit, and she’s feeling happy and healthy.

Of course, that’s just not dramatic enough for In Touch, which has shamefully claimed the star wasn’t a Kardashian and was jealous of Kim’s pregnancy, so the mag decided to publish this sensationalized tale and discredit the hard work Kardashian has done to get in shape.

Kardashian herself fought back at the nonsense on Twitter on Wednesday, writing, “People LOVE to hate. I have worked really hard to be healthy and I am proud of my body! Its all ME! I did it the healthy LONG way #Proud.”

Kim Kardashian is planning a $1 million “diva delivery” — according to the same publication that recently claimed she was “faking” her entire pregnancy.

Yes, the National Enquirer is at it again, pushing an absolutely ridiculous story that both defies logic and contradicts its previous ridiculous stories.

According to the tabloid, Kardashian is “splurging like crazy” on the upcoming birth of her baby, and an Enquirer “source” claims the tab “may top one MILLION dollars!”

“This is not going to be just any delivery, even by celebrity standards,” explains an insider for the mag. “Kim has already spent tens of thousands of dollars to make sure things go down without a glitch.”

Uh-huh.

And, um, what are these alleged costs?

The Enquirer says Kardashian and Kanye West shelled out $25,000 on lingerie because she “had no intention of wearing a plain old hospital gown that’s been worn by other women.”

What else?

Well, the deluxe birthing suite where Kardashian and West will welcome their child will supposedly run the couple $4,000 per day, insists the Enquirer, which adds that she’s “spending thousands to have the suite blanketed in dozens of white roses.”

Then there’s the $1,000-per-day photographer, the $1,500-per-day hairdresser, the “small fortune on organic clothes and sheet sets for the baby,” and other expenses that the tabloid essentially pulled from thin air.

But the biggest purchase of all, the Enquirer guesses, will be Kardashian’s “push present” from West, which “may send the total cost into the seven-figure range.”

“Kanye better have done his shopping,” says the tab’s source, who has NO IDEA what gift West intends to buy Kardashian, but points out the pricey bling stars like Mariah Carey and Jennifer Lopez received.

In other words, this entire “$1 million” story is a figment of the magazine’s imagination.

And considering its dreadful track record with Kardashian’s pregnancy, don’t expect reality to match what the Enquirer is saying.

A source close to the pregnant star tells Gossip Cop the tabloid report is “way off base.”

Amanda Bynes is slamming In Touch for publishing what she claims are fake photos of herself.

On Wednesday, the magazine ran pictures allegedly showing the actress partying and smoking marijuana in her New York apartment and lying on an unmade bed with bloody, cut-up feet.

But now Bynes is bashing the tabloid, saying the pics are “altered.”

The Easy A star tweeted, “That’s not my bed! Those aren’t my toes! My toes are pedicured! I just did an exclusive interview with intouch last week, now they bought fake altered photos.”

Bynes added, “I have to sue because that’s not my apartment, those aren’t my clothes! They morphed photos of my face onto someone’s body to ruin my life!”

“I have to make a big deal of this and sue because that’s not me!” she claimed.

The troubled starlet was also preoccupied with the mag using an old shot of her on its cover, saying, “I look like a different person now that I had surgery! Why did they put an old shot of me on the cover? I don’t look like that anymore! I only want photos of my gorgeous new nose on the cover of tabloids and real magazines!”

“Just assume that I f**ked the boyfriend of the editor of intouch because they f**king hate me!” Bynes concluded.

The actress also bashed one of the mag’s writers on Twitter, calling her an “ugly faced woman.”

A spokesperson for In Touch tells Gossip Cop in a statement, “The photos of Amanda Bynes inside this week’s issue of In Touch speak for themselves. We at In Touch have done our due diligence and research on the photos and the article that accompanies them.”

“In Touch has not altered or photoshopped these photos in any way. Additionally, the photographer has assured In Touch that these photos of Amanda were not altered or photoshopped in any way prior to the magazine obtaining them and they are, in fact, of Amanda Bynes taken at Amanda’s apartment in New York City. All of Amanda’s claims pertaining to the photos in this week’s In Touch are false,” adds the mag’s rep.

Bynes’ Twitter activity over the past six months has included raunchy sexual overtures, threats to sue Perez Hilton and other outlets, and revelations that she has an “eating disorder” and is estranged from her parents.

“As Kris Jenner gears up for her new talk show, there’s a catfight brewing between her and ‘The Talk’’s Sharon Osbourne,” claims Star.

According to an “insider” for the tab, “Sharon despises Kris — she thinks she’s pimped out her children to get money and fame.”

“Sharon believes Kris’ talk show is going to bomb harder than Ricki Lake’s one-season flop,” alleges Star’s supposed source, “and she can’t wait for the trainwreck.”

Ouch.

But the mag is quick to add that Jenner “has her own strong feelings about Sharon.”

“Kris heard about Sharon’s ill feelings toward her and went ballistic, saying that Sharon has no room to talk because all she’s done is hang on her husband’s fame,” claims the same “source,” who apparently knows how both Jenner and Osbourne feel.

The so-called “insider” adds that “Kris keeps saying that nothing could be more boring than Sharon Osbourne — and ‘The Talk.’”

That would be a decent burn… if Star’s story were even remotely true.

The magazine seems determined to cast Jenner’s talk show in a bad light — before it even hits the air — after falsely claiming earlier this month that the Kardashian family matriarch couldn’t get celebs to appear on the show.

Like that tall tale, this one is similarly fabricated.

A source close to Osbourne tells Gossip Cop of the tabloid’s report, “This is not true. Sharon only wishes [Jenner] the best.”

If only Star did, too.

The heiress has signed a deal with Cash Money Records, the company best known for music by Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, and Drake, among others.

Co-founder and rapper Birdman welcomed Hilton to the fold on Twitter on Wednesday, writing, “Welcome @ParisHilton to tha Family. RichgangRichgirl. YMCMB.”

The first trailer for We’re The Millers was released on Wednesday, featuring Jennifer Aniston as a stripper who pretends to be an All-American wife to smuggle drugs with Jason Sudeikis.

In the film, Aniston and Sudeikis, who plays a pot dealer, pose as a family on vacation in Mexico in order to bring tons of weed back over the border.

Emma Roberts, Ed Helms, and Nick Offerman also star.

LeAnn Rimes is opening up about why she decided to include songs about her extramarital affair on her new album Spitfire.

Tracks on the record, which will be released on June 4, feature lyrics about the country singer cheating on-then husband Dean Sheremet, and her current marriage to her affair partner Eddie Cibrian.

“I feel like so many people have written the story that they think will sell a magazine, or the story that they want to believe, but it’s so 180 of what has been written,” Rimes tells “Entertainment Tonight. ”

The Parents Television Council watchdog group has condemned the stunt; in a statement, its president commented: ”If given the opportunity, I can’t imagine that parents would want to pay for a cable network that airs an episode of a pop star drinking her own urine.”

Joe Jonas’ bogus sex tape rumor is mocked on an upcoming episode of “Married to Jonas,” with Kevin and Danielle Jonas laughing about the “ridiculous” story.

As Gossip Cop previously reported, Blind Gossip absurdly claimed Joe and his girlfriend Blanda Eggenschwiler were featured in explicit footage which they supposedly filmed in a Buenos Aires hotel room.

Ricky Gervais has stirred controversy by mocking celebrities and others who offered prayers in the wake of this week’s devastating Oklahoma tornado rather than money.

It began on Tuesday, when the comedian — famously an atheist — retweeted an MTV News message that read: “Beyonce, Rihanna & Katy Perry send prayers to #Oklahoma #PrayForOklahoma,” captioning it, “I feel like an idiot now… I only sent money.”

Gervais followed that up by starting his own hashtag, “You can support #Moore response by txting REDCROSS to 90999 to give $10, or online at redcross.org #ActuallyDoSomethingForOklahoma.”

The distinction Gervais drew between praying and “actually doing something” predictably drew criticism from some observers, but “The Office” star was undeterred.

On Wednesday he tweeted, “Praying for something but not doing anything to make it happen has the same effect as writing to Santa & not letting mummy read the letter.”

Gervais reiterated that “the best way to help the disaster victims” was through monetary donations.

He added, “I got a lovely message from The Red Cross today thanking me and all my ‘lovely twonks for their overwhelming generosity’ Haha. Well done.”
