“Extra” Host Mario Lopez and Girlfriend Welcome Baby Girl Gia Francesca

“Extra” host Mario Lopez and girlfriend Courtney Mazza welcomed a baby girl, Gia Francesca Lopez, on Saturday in Burbank, California.

Baby Gia weighed in at 6 pounds, 4 ounces.

Lopez told “Extra” that mother and daughter are doing well.

He added, “We are so overjoyed. What an amazing, wonderful and overwhelming experience to  welcome our daughter into the world.”

Lopez and Mazza, an actress, met when starring together on Broadway in “A Chorus Line” in 2008.

    He’s a nice enough guy for Hollywood and certainly talented, BUT he should have kept his pants on when he was married and worked on that honest relationship considering he’d committed to it. Now there’s this ‘relationship’ and it’s hard to see him as taking it seriously when he’s not given the mother of his child the honor of being married . . . Or is that coming now after the baby is born? Mind you, I’m not all caught up in doing things in order, that marriage should come before a pregnancy, it’s just that there are sooo many who still trap people into relationships they may or may not have been suited to be in . . . Mel Gibson comes to mind.

    I BET YOUR DAUGHTER IS BEAUTIFUL. IS SHE LEFT HANDED? LOL. FIRST OF ALL MARIO AND MAZZA DO NOT LOOK ANY THING ALIKE MAZZA HAS AN ITALIAN LOOK AND MARIO HAS A MEXICAN LOOK. COME ON PEOPLE GET YOUR EYES CHECKED. THEY ARE A BEAUTIFUL COUPLE JUST IMAGINE HOW THE BABY LOOKS LIKE. NOBODY HAS NO REASON TO JUDGE MARIO. PEOPLE ARE DIFFERENT THEY HAVE THEIR RIGHT TO HAVE A BABY FIRST OR WED LAST OR NOT EVEN GETTING MARRIED AT ALL. IF YOU HAVE NOT HEARD PEOPLE GET GET MARRIED IN A YEAR THEY START HAVING PROBLEMS OR THEY GET A DIVORCED WHY GO THROUGH ALL THAT. IT SHOULD BE WHAT YOUR COMFORTABLE IN. AS LONG AS MARIO AND MAZZA ARE PROVIDING FOR THE CHILD AND SHOWING HER LOVE THAT’S THE ONLY THING THAT SHOULD MATTER. I AM HAPPY FOR YOU GUYS AND I WISH YOU THE BEST IN EVERYTHING
