EXCLUSIVE: Multiple Sources Tell Gossip Cop Rachel Uchitel Bragged About Tiger Woods; Uchitel Responds

Gossip Cop has been texting back and forth with Rachel Uchitel, the New York party promoter at the center of the Tiger Woods controversy.

For full disclosure, Gossip Cop is an acquaintance of Uchitel. (Nothing untoward here.) In fact, we have always found her pleasant and professional.

Suffice to say we were a bit astonished when we saw her name wedged between Woods and his wife Elin Nordegren. Since news broke about her alleged involvement with the golf great, multiple sources have told Gossip Cop they had heard Uchitel claim she had had a relationship with Woods.

One source said pointblank, “She wasn’t just talking about being with Tiger, she was bragging about it.”

Gossip Cop then texted Uchitel about the allegations we had heard from several independent sources. Uchitel’s response? “Of course people will say that.”

We then asked for a comment. She responded “no.” When we pressed Uchitel to explain whether she meant “no,” as in “no comment” or “no,” as in she never told people they had a relationship, Uchitel replied, “No, as in no comment.”

And when we further questioned, “Why no comment if everything is on the up and up?” she stopped communication.

    Of course she’s going to be vague in her answers, she has the world’s attention right now. Even if it’s 100% untrue, she’s not going to come right out and say it because then people won’t be interested in her anymore.

    What I find interesting…..and not in a good way…..is this is the same woman who was reported to have had an affair with actor David Boreanaz earlier this year. Supposedly they were together while his wife was pregnant with his second child. Whether true or not, I don’t know, but both these stories say at least one of three things about this woman…..one, she has no moral issue sleeping with married men, or two, she’s eager for attention and has no problem how poorly it reflects on her (whether true or not), or three, she has made poor choices in acquaintances who have no issue selling her secrets or concocting stories about her for money.
