Eva Longoria Buys Tom Cruise Hollywood Home For $11.4 Million
Eva Longoria just bought Tom Cruise’s Hollywood Hills compound for $11.4 million, a source close to the actress confirms to Gossip Cop. The 2.75-acre property includes two houses, a large swimming pool, and many more amenities.
The private and heavily gated property is situated above Lauren Canyon, and has a panoramic view of the San Fernando Valley. The compound’s main house is a two-story, three-bedroom European-style villa that overlooks a lagoon-style pool. There’s also a children’s playground and a three-car garage. But if that wasn’t enough, the guest home comes fitted with another four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Despite the hefty $11.4 million price tag, the “Desperate Housewives” star actually got a good deal on the residences. Cruise’s original asking price was around $13 million.
After buying Cruise’s home, Longoria now has four properties! She owns a relatively modest home in San Antonio, plus a $1.15 million Italian-style bungalow and a $3.6 million mansion, both located near her new home in the Hollywood Hills.
As for Cruise, in addition to selling his Hollywood Hills compound, he’s also looking to unload two other massive properties. One is a $59 million ranch outside of Telluride, Colorado and the other is a $50 million mansion in Beverly Hills.
