Police in Dallas charged Erykah Badu with disorderly conduct after she stripped naked in the middle of Dealey Plaza as part of a video shoot last month.

Badu’s stunt for the song “Window Seat,” during which she undressed in broad daylight at the site of JFK’s 1963 assassination, drew the ire of witnesses, one of whom had two small children with her and told authorities she was “offended.”

The video has gone viral and impressed many viewers, but it could lead Dallas to put more severe sanctions on filming in the city without proper permits.

Badu will be sent a citation next week, and could face up to a $500 fine.
