‘Entourage’ Movie Officially Greenlit: Report

“Entourage” is officially headed to the big screen.
Warner Bros. has reportedly given the greenlight to Doug Ellin, the creator of the hit HBO series, to direct a movie sequel.
Ellin has already written the film’s screenplay, though deals still need to be finalized with the principal cast, including Adrian Grenier, Jeremy Piven and Kevin Connolly.
Negotiations are also expected to involve show stars Kevin Dillon and Jerry Ferrara, says Deadline.
The series concluded its eight-season TV run in 2011.
