Emma Watson has been a stunner on red carpets, but a new photo purporting to show the Harry Potter actress naked has created a different kind of stir.

After a “nude image” of Watson circulated online yesterday, her representatives were “quick to brand it a fake,” reports The Sun. But columnist Gordon Smart “had a long hard look at it and it seemed pretty genuine” to him.

Amid jokes about the reps’ explanation that the photo was a result of computer wizardry (“Do they teach that at Hogwarts?” Smart asks), the Sun acknowledges that “seedy types” have flooded the net with “tricked-up pics” of Watson before, but leaves open the possibility that this one could be the real thing.

It isn’t.

Watson’s camp tells Gossip Cop the shot is “100% fake,” and “not even a particularly good fake.”
