Emma Stone opens up about her reality show past, boyfriend Andrew Garfield, and being dubbed a “Bland Basic B*tch” in the May issue of Vogue.

Before getting her big break, The Amazing Spider-Man 2 actress competed for a spot on a “Partridge Family” reality-show. Despite making the cut, the show never made it to air.

“I realized why the people on ‘The Bachelor’ go so crazy,” Stone tells the fashion magazine.

She explains, “You go in there rolling your eyes, thinking, ‘This is just a reality search competition,’ but then you’re there for seven weeks, and you just really, really want to win.”

Stone admits to Vogue that she Googles herself. “I don’t usually like what I find,” she says. “But some of it is really funny.” Stone thinks it’s hilarious that she is referred to as a “Bland Basic Bitch” in Internet comments, so much so that she started calling herself “That Bland Basic Bitch” during her interview.

One thing she does take seriously is her relationship with Garfield. “I think I’ve learned a lot by being around him,” Stone says of her boyfriend and Amazing Spider-Man 2 co-star. “He is an incredibly important person to me.”

Despite being an intensely private couple, Garfield shares mutual admiration for Stone. In an e-mail to Vogue, he writes, “I thank my lucky stars that we’ve been able to be on this ride together.” Tell us what you think of Stone’s comments.
