Emma Roberts Scolded By ‘Scream Queens’ Co-Star Jamie Lee Curtis For Being “Snotty”?
Emma Roberts was NOT scolded by co-star Jamie Lee Curtis for supposedly acting “snotty” on the set of “Scream Queens,” despite a new tabloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk this rumor. We’re told it’s “not true.”
According to Star, “diva” Roberts allegedly has a “notoriously bad attitude” and an “epic ego,” which often comes out while she’s working on her and Curtis’ new TV show. A so-called “source” tells the tabloid, “After Jamie Lee saw Emma being snotty to the crew and showing up late, she sat her down for a talking to.”
The magazine goes on to claim that Curtis’ lecture “shockingly” worked, and Roberts has been “polite and punctual on set” ever since. The tabloid’s dubious “source” then alleges that “Scream Queens” creator Ryan Murphy “knew what he was doing casting Jamie Lee,” as she’d be able to “tame” the supposedly volatile Roberts.
This entire account is yet another baseless tabloid article arbitrarily attempting to label a popular young actress as a “diva.” Gossip Cop finds it hard to believe that Murphy, who previously worked with Roberts on “American Horror Story,” would cast her in another one of his projects if she was so difficult. Regardless of how illogical this story is, Gossip Cop checked in with a rep for Curtis, who exclusively assures us the tabloid’s story is simply “not true.”
