Of course, Eminem is a proud and frequent defender of the Motor City. In the new black-and-white video, he and his fellow performers are seen in spots around Detroit, showing off their rap skills and sticking up for the Rust Belt metropolis. Ford Field, Joe Louis Arena, Comerica Park and the Masonic Temple are among the local landmarks seen in the clip.

“Welcome to Detroit, where if you get that promotion / Don’t worry, man, them bullets will still be at your ass firin’,” raps Big Sean in his verse, with the other contributors also making reference to the city in their lyrics.

The video was directed by Syndrome, who did Eminem’s videos for “Rap God,” “Berzerk” and “Guts Over Fear.” The footage also features the “Detroit vs. Everybody” clothing brand, which, according to Eminem’s site, “embodies the pride and unapologetic spirit of our beloved Detroit.” A cap embroidered with the expression is on sale, with proceeds going to the Marshall Mathers foundation, which assists at-risk youth around Michigan.
