Elton John and David Furnish have become parents, the singer’s rep confirms to Gossip Cop!
The couple’s son, Zachary Jackson Levon Furnish-John, was born via surrogate in California on Christmas Day.
It is their first child.
“We are overwhelmed with happiness and joy at this very special moment. Zachary is healthy and doing really well, and we are very proud and happy parents,” John and Furnish said in a statement.
The music legend and his partner have been together for 12 years.
One year ago, they were barred from adopting a 14-month-old Ukrainian boy.
