Ellen DeGeneres Starts Record Label, Signs Greyson Chance

Ellen DeGeneres is taking a Chance on the music biz.
The talk show host and “American Idol” judge has launched her own record label called eleveneleven. She signed tween phenom Greyson Chance as its first artist.
A source close to DeGeneres confirms the news to Gossip Cop.
“Greyson… inspired me to start a record label,” says DeGeneres. “He is my first artist, and we are making a record together.”
The talk show host intends to sign other new artists.
DeGeneres discovered the 12-year-old Chance on YouTube, where he performs a cover of Lady Gaga‘s “Paparazzi” in a clip now viewed more than 30 million times. His fame skyrocketed after DeGeneres invited him to appear on her program.
On Wednesday, he will return to “Ellen” to perform an original song called “Broken Hearts.”
