Thank you so much for the ACCURATE reporting Gossip Cop… :D… It’s always pleasant coming here and be certain that what we read is actual reporting and not just stuff made up in a hurry… that you actually take the time to do this… :)

Gotta agree with Michael Lewittes here. I just went and read Deadline Hollywood and Hollywood reporter and they said the same thing with the exact same quote from Ellen. Sam said it well too. Classic stupidity and Epic fail. LOL

Sorry your blog is failing that you need to spend so much time on Gossip Cop, but what part of Ellen’s quote, “I’m so excited to sign on for three more years at NBC” means she didn’t “sign on.” Not bad reporting. Bad reading on your part.

Talk about bad reporting. Ellen didn’t sign up for three more seasons. She was renewed for three more seasons by her bosses at Warner Brothers and NBC Universal. I love Ellen but continuing her talk show for three more seasons was not entirely up to her like you seem to indicate. Just go to Deadline Hollywood and the Hollywood reporter for the correct reporting.
