Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi “Baby Bombshell” Is Giant Dud
Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi have a “baby bombshell!” declares the National Enquirer. Their “pregnancy shocker” has pushed their “marriage to [the] brink,” screams the tabloid. So, what’s supposedly going on?
According to the Enquirer, the couple previously agreed never to have children, but “Portia’s now desperate to hear the pitter-patter of little feet.” “What’s more, she’s telling pals she’s ready to take the plunge into motherhood, with or without Ellen!” alleges the tabloid. But the talk show host refuses to budge on the matter, claims the publication, and “this baby crisis could be the final straw” in their relationship.
A so-called “insider” reveals to the outlet, “Portia has flat-out told Ellen that she wants a baby or a divorce.” It’s this supposed “ultimatum” — not an actual pregnancy or surrogacy — that the supermarket tabloid is calling a “baby bombshell.”
But the entire story is fabricated. They’re not arguing whether or not to have children. They’ve been on the same page for years.
Just like the tabloid’s recent bogus report the wrongly claimed DeGeneres may have breast cancer, and its countless other phony stories about de Rossi and DeGeneres divorcing, this latest Enquirer cover is also 100 percent false. A source close to the situation exclusively tells Gossip Cop the story is “nonsense,” and that DeGeneres and de Rossi “love their home lives.”
