Elizabeth Taylor Remembered at Private Memorial Service

Elizabeth Taylor‘s friends and family celebrated the late Hollywood legend’s life at a private memorial service on Sunday.
The actress and activist died at 79 last March.
Colin Farrell hosted the 75-minute event at the Steven J. Ross Theater on the Warner Bros. lot, which was attended by some of Taylor’s closest famous friends, including Elton John and Michael Caine.
Her children, Christopher Wilding, Liza Todd and Maria Burton, also paid tribute, along with her stepdaughter Kate Burton.
In addition to speeches, there was music.
Taylor’s grandson, Rhys Tivey, played “Amazing Grace” on the trumpet, and John performed the song ”Blue Eyes.”
