Eddie Cibrian Vasectomy Claim False
Eddie Cibrian did not have a “secret vasectomy,” despite a report. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct the story. We’re told it’s entirely “false.”
Celeb Dirty Laundry asks in a headline, “LeAnn Rimes Struggles To Get Pregnant Because Husband Eddie Cibrian Had Top Secret Vasectomy After Brandi Glanville Split?” The accompanying story states, “LeAnn Rimes pregnancy reports have been circulating for years now, yet the former country star has yet to become a mother to her own biological child. And even though she insists she’s ‘trying’ the old fashion way, there’s speculation that her husband Eddie Cibrian might be keeping a troubling secret from his wife.”
The piece goes on to speculate whether the actor actually wants to have more children. “Considering how Eddie Cibrian’s two sons are reaching their pre-teen years, it’s doubtful that he would want to start over with another baby on the way,” claims the site. “And that’s why fans can’t help but wonder if Eddie Cibrian is hiding a secret from his wife.”
And so, CDL asks, “Did Eddie Cibrian undergo a secret vasectomy after his divorce from Brandi Glanville? Is that why LeAnn Rimes can’t get pregnant? Is Eddie Cibrian hiding the truth simply because he doesn’t want to anger his wife?” The webloid further suggests, “If LeAnn Rimes finds out the reason why she can’t have children is because of Eddie Cibrian, that right there might end their marriage.”
But there’s not a single source in the article to back up these allegations. There isn’t even proof that “fans” are actually “wonder[ing]” about them. CDL just threw the claims out there to be sensational.
Gossip Cop, however, is in the business of fact-checking. And a rep for Cibrian exclusively tells us that this “secret vasectomy” story is “false.” We’re further told that Celeb Dirty Laundry is simply putting forth a “rumor, and that’s all it is.”
