Drew Barrymore and her husband Will Kopelman have split after three years of marriage. The couple, who have two little girls, have separated and plan to officially divorce in the next few months, Gossip Cop has learned.
Barrymore and Kopelman began dating in February 2011, and got married in June 2012. This was the actress’ third marriage, having previously been married to bar owner Jeremy Thomas in 1994. She was only 19-years-old at the time they wed, The couple split just weeks later. Barrymore then married Tom Green in 2001, but they called off the marriage less than six months later. This was the first marriage for Kopelman, the son of Arie Kopelman, the former CEO of Chanel.
Barrymore and Kopelman wed in June 2012 in a Jewish ceremony at her Montecito, California estate before a star-studded crowd that included Jimmy Fallon, Cameron Diaz, and Reese Witherspoon. In September of that year, she gave birth to their first child, a daughter named Olive. In April 2014, the couple welcomed their second daughter, Frankie.
On Thursday night, Barrymore posted an Instagram photo of a tattoo of the names of her daughters on the inside of her right wrist. She captioned the image, “Getting a great little lifetime note on my arm.” Gossip Cop has reached out to a rep for Barrymore, who did not respond to a request for comment.
