Donald Trump Wins $5 Million Legal Victory Against Ex-Miss USA Contestant

Donald Trump has won a $5 million legal victory against Sheena Monnin, the ex-Miss Pennsylvania beauty who claimed that the Miss USA competition was rigged.

In June, Trump’s Miss Universe Organization sued Monnin for defamation after she alleged that the top five pageant finishers were selected before the show even began.

Now, a former judge — acting an an arbitrator — has ruled that the beauty queen did in fact defame the organization, and awarded it $5 million in damages.

Trump released a statement saying, “We cannot allow a disgruntled contestant to make false and reckless statements which are damaging to the many people who have devoted their hearts and souls to the Miss Universe, Miss USA and Miss Teen USA pageant systems.”

The mogul added, “While I feel very badly for Sheena, she did the wrong thing. She was really nasty, and we had no choice. It is an expensive lesson for her.”

    I have to agree with Trump on this one. Unless you have proof, you better keep your mouth shut (at least publicly). Especially if your dealing with someone that has money to burn. Not too smart on her part.

    This is still such a blemish on the pageant since Donald has been involved the show has just become such a bore. I personally am very sorry she lost the law suit. I know Donald Trump will be bragging about this for at least the next 5 years. I can’t stand this man.

Donald gets 5 Million bucks, he doesn’t need in a Slander Case!…I lost my Job, my Livelyhood, my dignity and all my Medical Insurance Benefits after I got Cancer and had to have my Stomach Removed!!! I sued for Medical Discrimination & Failure to Accomodate! It’s been 4 long Years and I just got awarded a measly $750,000. That I’ll probably never see!
    I’m Unemployed, soon to be Homeless and I’ll still need some Medical Attention for the rest of my Life, that I have no Money to pay for!!! You go, Big Donald, You go!!!

Sheena is a disgruntled, pathetic, ugly, soar loser that can’t handle losing or rejection, as she demonstrated in her rants. GROW UP LADY! Winners don’t whine, they win! You shouldn’t blame any judges or The Miss Universe organization for your insecurities. They are not responsible for your lack of good looks, your weight or your the thoughts going into your mind, making you think all this foolish non-sense. Blame yourself! You should leave the tantrums up to the little kids and focus your lost on something more productive rather than competing in pageants against women that look waaay prettier than you!
