Donald Trump Hollywood Walk of Fame Star Vandalized (PHOTO)
Donald Trump’s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame was vandalized on Thursday after an unknown person drew a large yellow “X” across the plaque. See the photo below.
The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce announced that it would be immediately erasing the yellow mark, which appears to be some sort of chalk. Trump received his star on Hollywood Boulevard’s iconic walkway in January 2007.
As Gossip Cop reported, a very similar incident happened with Bill Cosby’s Walk of Fame star back in December when the word “rapist” was written in large lettering on the comedian’s name. Cosby, of course, is in the middle of a major controversy over rape allegations, while the culprit in Trump’s case presumably doesn’t agree with the Republican presidential candidate’s politics.
Trump has made several controversial remarks during his presidential campaign that have angered various groups. He has rankled Mexican immigrants, women’s rights organizations, and a few television networks, among others. Trump has also personally clashed with Megyn Kelly, Heidi Klum, John McCain and, once again, Rosie O’Donnell.
Although usually very outspoken on Twitter, Trump has yet to comment about his Walk of Fame star being vandalized. Gossip Cop will update if he weighs in. Check out the photo below of the defaced plaque, and tell us what you think.
