you know like her or not, the couple went out of their way to have privacy, and the paps intruded. period. what did someone say, look at the lens they used, still does not make it right. this would have been different if they were in a public place, like a motel, something like that. but they were on private property, and some ediot thought they would climb a tree? there has to be some sort of line….these paps knew this would make them some serious cash, so yaeh, I’m glad they won the injunction, and are they fair game, yaeh, but if you have to manipulate a situation to get a picture…then the paps are fair game, even the magazines who pay for the picture. you are using them for income yes?
