Josh Brolin & Diane Lane Getting Divorced

Diane Lane and Josh Brolin are getting divorced after more than eight years of marriage.

Reps for the actors confirm the split to Gossip Cop, telling us, ”Diane Lane and Josh Brolin have decided to end their marriage. It was a mutual decision. It is very amicable. It’s not ugly, it’s just over.”

The couple wed in August 2004.

They have no children together.

It marks a second divorce for both stars.

Lane was previously married to Christopher Lambert, while Brolin has two children with ex-wife Alice Adair.

    he’s abusive with her so I’m glad she’s leaving and will be safe. He was arrested for domestic battery in 2004. I remember in 2003 when she was nominated for an Oscar for Unfaithful and host Steve Martin made jokes abt each nominee. She didn’t laugh and looked at Brolin like she was scared of his reaction or fearful he’d take it out on her. I felt so sad for her then.

    These two have been fighting for years, with several calls to police for domestic abuse on both sides. They tried, but a divorce is likely the best way to proceed. Both of them are terrific actors.
