um DH getting a 2 hour series finale isn’t out of the ordinary some hugely popular shows get 2 hour season finales every season or when there’s a wedding episode it’s usually two hours

A 2 hour finale is basically just 2 episodes run without commercials. Either way, I’ll be watching. This season has been ehhhh so far but I have watched since the start so I have to power through.

Never fails!!!!! I start loving a show and they do away with it!!!!!! Caught up past seasons on Netflix, so I guess I will just have to watch them all over again!!!!!!! Sad that mike died, pulling for Tom and Lynnette to get ack together. But now that the cops closed in on Bree, thinking they all will be going to jail.

Peyton Place….to Dynasty…to Falcon Crest…to Knots Landing….to Dallas, then Beverly Hills 90210, The O.C. & Desperate Housewives….every season had a night drama that epitomized panache, intrigue, even mystery, that held us hostage to the tube! OMG now, we must say farewell to Wisteria Lane? Wow, now what? America tuned in on Thursday nights to watch Abby (Donna Mills) turn Knots Landing inside out. America tuned in on Wednesday nights to watch Blake, Crystal, and Alexis battle Dynasty, then right before Dallas was Falcon Crest on friday nights….this kept us spell bound all week. We watched Heather Locklear deal 90210 style. Then maneating Julie Cooper (Melinda Clark) stole our hearts as the vixen on The O.C. But Wisteria Lane was a different story all together. Those ladies ROCKED especially when Edie (Nicolette Sheridan) was in the cast, I am sorry they gave her such a lame demise, she was the vixen we all love to hate! Edie was to Wisteria Lane as Abby was to knots Landing! Lest we forget, the sexiest vixen on Desparate, Gabby (Eva Longoria), set the show on fire! My favorite episode of Gabby’s was earlier in the season when Gabby was not only out to an event with a married man…..she was wearing the wife’s one of a kind designer dress…the wife cornered her in the restroom and demanded she remove it immediately or witness one of the nastiest scenes in history!!!!! THAT LET ME HAVE IT!!! Gabby made a graceful exit though, Eva has a certain classy sassy sensuality that we also look for in a night soap. But then, I like all the women of Wisteria Lane. They could, however, left Vanessa Willams out of it, that was much too “fake” no one is that big of a bitch, puhleeze! OVERKILL, now I love Vanessa Williams to death, loved her as Wilhelminia Slater on Ugly Betty, yes, she set that show on fire, but she fizzled on Wisteria Lane, they made her “to unbelievable”. Marcia Cross was really versatile from season to season and kept us guessing. And we cannot forget Susan (Teri Hatcher) and Lynette (Felicity Huffman, each gave a sort of balance to Wisteria Lane, they were the family moms characters that rounded out the show and gave it true variety always. There was always something going on, what ever are we gonna do now without them? All the fore mentioned soaps held us hostage for decades, I can’t wait to see what’s next. As for those horrid reality shows…gag me with a moist toliet brush, and pass the moron repellent please!
