Derek Hough Caught Partying By Himself At Gay Club?

“Derek Hough donned some shiny silver pants and shook his fanny at a popular Salt Lake City gay club,” claims RadarOnline, which adds that his rumored gal pal Katherine Jenkins “was nowhere in sight.”

Picking up a rumor from its equally unreliable sister publication, the National Enquirer, RadarOnline says the “Dancing with the Stars” pro was partying at a club called Jam on July 21 and “freaked out when a fan tried to take his picture!”

“Seeing him shimmying with his buddies at the gay club wearing skintight, shiny silver pants just made my mind scream,” exclaims the supposed “fan” Ken Lee.

The webloid quotes the fan as saying a Jenkins-less Hough then “got all nervous and fidgety and stammered, ‘No, no, no – not here!’” when approached for the photo.

“He couldn’t have been more rude or a bigger diva,” claims Lee, adding, “Derek’s behavior was very suspect.”

No, what’s “suspect” is this story.

Neither the Enquirer nor RadarOnline bothered to fact-check the alleged fan’s version of events, because they seemingly prefer a titillating tale to a true one.

The reality, however, was that Hough was with Jenkins at Jam.

An insider tells Gossip Cop the two were partying at the club together, along with “some of [Jenkins'] staff as they’d just come from Kat’s performance” in the area.

The source adds that it’s also “100 percent false” that Hough “threw a hissy fit,” and refused to be photographed.
