Demi Moore Unveils New Twitter Name

Demi Moore has picked a new Twitter name.

The former @mrskutcher is now @JustDemi.

On Thursday, Moore tweeted, “So hard finding a name that was fun somewhat playful and available. So for now it will be @justdemi It could grow on me!”

She added, “Thanks everyone for your help in finding my new name!” and cited @JMJ4ny as the person who suggested the choice.

Last month, she announced she was looking for a new handle.

“Time for a change, twitter name change… any suggestions?” tweeted Moore in April, who said in December after her split from husband Ashton Kutcher that changing the account name, at the time, “wasn’t a top priority.”

    I don’t know…I feel sad for her. She reminds me of an old friend who started dating a man that was 12 years younger than her. Granted, I’m sure she did it to make herself feel younger but the one thing that weighed on her was that the age difference would eventually catch up with them. I think it weighed more on HER than it did on HIM but it eventually split them up.

    I have felt sorry for her this last year or so. She seems like a very nice person and a good Mom. She hasn’t had a very happy life, especially while she was growing up. I hope life improves for her very soon and she finds happiness for herself.

    I am happy that Demi found such a great new Twitter name! It is perfect for her and should be for a long time. She may fall in love and/or get married again, but she will always be “JustDemi”!
