“The X Factor” is sure to be quite entertaining this season, if the show’s promos are any indication.
The series, which previously released clips of the judges ripping bad auditions and Britney Spears accidentally coming on to a contestant, is now giving viewers a glimpse into the father-daughter relationship between Simon Cowell and Demi Lovato.

In the clip, Lovato is called on to give her opinion on a singer, but is not quite, er, ready.
“I have like 12 mints in my mouth,” she admits.
Lovato then proceeds to spit the candy into Cowell’s right hand.
Cowell chides, “Really, really grown up Demi,” calling her an “obnoxious little brat.”
