Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez to Ring In New Year with MTV

Selena Gomez will be in Times Square on New Year’s Eve along with Justin Bieber — but they won’t be partying together.

Gomez and fellow Disney alum Demi Lovato have been added to the list of performers for MTV’s live special, the network announced on Monday.

Jason Derulo and rappers J. Cole and Mac Miller will also hit the stage.

Lovato will also host the event, which kicks off from MTV’s Times Square studio at 11 p.m. EST, along with “Teen Wolf” star Tyler Posey.

As Gossip Cop previously reported, Bieber and Lady Gaga will be performing in Times Square for ABC’s “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve.”
