Demi Lovato visited Ryan Seacrest today, shortly after her emotional new single “Skyscraper” debuted and began to soar on the iTunes chart.
In a revealing interview, Lovato talked about everything from her stint in treatment to her eating disorder (“the elephant in the room”) to self-harm, her Disney career travails and eventual recovery.
“I just had so much going on in my head,” she says of the days before she entered rehab. “It all just boiled up, and I ended up doing things that I regret to this day.”
