Demi Lovato Out of Rehab

Demi Lovato has left rehab, Gossip Cop confirms.

A source close to the star tells us she came back to Los Angeles earlier this week, having completed her prescribed treatment.

She also did some outpatient rehabilitation.

Lovato will continue to see her L.A. doctors to deal with her existing issues.

In late October, Lovato left touring with the Jonas Brothers in order “to seek medical treatment for emotional and physical issues she has dealt with for some time,” her spokesperson said at the time.
