Larry King broadcast his final “Larry King Live” last night after 25 years, saying goodbye with a cavalcade of friends and heartfelt thanks for his viewers.
David Letterman took a different approach to the occasion.
The “Late Show” host, who has playfully mocked King’s voice, suspenders, divorces, glasses, interviewing skills and owl-like appearance for years, paid tribute to the retiring icon with a short montage of highlights from “Larry King Live.”
Enjoy the awkward pauses and multiple references to sex with an elephant.
