Minnie Driver and David Duchovny are having sex, according to Star magazine.

The pair met on the film Return to Me a dozen years ago, says the tabloid, “and while the movie was forgettable, their chemistry was red hot — and still is!”

Star has declared an outright “Smush Alert!” and claims Driver and Duchovny are in a “sex-only relationship.”

“They aren’t dating because they don’t want to risk losing their friendship, so they’re just hooking up,” a so-called “insider” explains to the magazine.

Wow, so are Duchovny and Driver really enjoying some no-strings fun?

Nope.

A source close to Duchovny tells Gossip Cop the Star report is “not true.”

    “Return to Me” was far from “forgettable.” However, the author of this article as well as the article itself, are definitely forgettable.
