Shocking Claims In David Boreanaz Sex Lawsuit

Actress Kristina Hagan filed a sexual harassment suit against David Boreanaz today.

Hagan was an extra on the FOX series “Bones.”

According to the lawsuit, Hagan alleges she received “sexually inappropriate text messages” from Boreanaz in August of 2009 and, the following month, took a drive with him, where he “attempted to kiss her and touch her breasts but she pushed him away.”

The court papers further allege that Boreanaz then “unzipped his pants” and pleasured himself in front of her.

But that wasn’t the only time, claims Hagan, who says Boreanaz “masturbated in front of her” on another occasion as well.

The suit also alleges Boreanaz claimed he was trying to find a part for her, but never did.

In addition to Boreanaz, Hagan is suing FOX and the show’s production companies.

In a statement sent to Gossip Cop, Boreanaz’s rep says, “The allegations concerning any alleged inappropriate conduct by David Boreanaz are totally fabricated and absurd. There is no validity to this lawsuit.”

David Boreanaz is being sued for sexual harassment, confirms attorney Gloria Allred.

The “Bones” actor, who confessed in May that he cheated on his wife, allegedly harassed an as-yet named actress, who’s being represented by the high-profile attorney.

The lawsuit will be filed at 11 a.m. in Los Angeles.

Boreanaz has also been linked, in the past, to Tiger Woods mistress, Rachel Uchitel.
