David Beckham Teaching SoulCycle Classes – Real Or Rumor?
David Beckham does NOT plan to teach SoulCycle classes, despite a made-up tabloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk this story. We’re told it’s not happening.
According to OK!, Beckham, who was tapped People magazine’s “Sexiest Man Alive,” is so “addicted” to the popular spin class that he wants to become an instructor. A so-called “source” tells the tabloid, “Someone suggested it to him, and he leapt at the opportunity.”
But for all you SoulCycle enthusiasts out there, don’t get too excited about the possibility of Beckham helping you get in shape. Gossip Cop checked in with a source close to the former soccer stud, and we’re exclusively told they “never heard” of any plans for him to become a SoulCycle employee.
Although Gossip Cop isn’t surprised that the tabloid’s story is untrue, we are a tad disappointed that OK! didn’t once again try to shoehorn into its article more inaccurate claims about marriage problems between Beckham and his wife Victoria. Gossip Cop has repeatedly corrected the magazine for publishing false claims about the couple, including a recent tale about their marriage supposedly being “just for show.”
Maybe it is time for OK! to focus on finding better Beckham sources than spinning its wheels on inaccurate stories about him becoming a SoulCycle instructor.
