David Arquette was in a head-on car accident in West Hollywood this afternoon.

The actor’s silver Cadillac reportedly swerved into oncoming traffic after the car immediately in front of him came to an abrupt stop.

A car coming in the opposite direction collided with Arquette’s vehicle.

Arquette lay on the ground until being taken by ambulance to a local hospital.

A rep tells Gossip Cop he’s “ok.”

Gossip Cop has learned that Arquette was on his way to the airport to head to Las Vegas for the opening of a restaurant called Sugar Factory.
