Crystal Harris Sells Her Engagement Ring

Crystal Harris has sold the engagement ring Hugh Hefner gave her.

The onetime Playboy cover model and runaway bride auctioned off the 3.39 carat circular-cut diamond bling for $38,000 through Christie’s on Tuesday. After fees and taxes, the total sale comes to $47,500.

Before the bid, Christie’s had valued the bauble at between $20,000 and $30,000.

Hefner bought the ring for $90,000 and proposed to Harris last Christmas Eve.

They were set to wed on June 18 – before Harris canceled at the last minute.

We’re pretty sure this is not what Hef had in mind when he paid for the diamond.

    The rule is that if you don’t get married you’re supposed to give the engagement ring back. Sure, Hef is rich but shouldn’t that rule still apply?

    I think he told her that she could keep the ring. Believe me, she sold it because she knows that she can. She might feel the days she spent with him is worth her keeping it and he probably knows that too.

    I read the same thing too, he let her have the ring and took back the cars and kept their dog. Bu t you know what? It sure as hell doesn’t change the fact that she was nothing more than a gold digger from the get go.

    Let’s be real here. All those young women he messes with or whatever he does with them are gold diggers. Why should they want an old man who probably wears diapers? To me, he is discussing to be his age. Now all he is probably doing is looking at those women just to make him feel young. I bet he hates that he is old or anything that reminds him that he is just that. His behind is suffering from greed and delusion.

    The ring could be returned. Maybe she could have sold it for
    more if Heff had sold it for her! Should’ve sold it on Have You Seen the Ring
    like me!
