Crying Foul on Teary Kate Hudson And A-Rod Story

In Touch strikes out with its latest attempt to stir drama between Alex Rodriguez and Kate Hudson.
The mag reports that what “started out as a leisurely and romantic lunch” at New York’s Serafina restaurant “got ugly” when the slugger began to talk about their relationship’s future. An “eyewitness” tells In Touch, “He was saying, ‘I can’t do this anymore, Kate. My life – I have to get back to my life.’”
At one point, Hudson allegedly “burst into tears” while Rodriguez “rolled his eyes.” The witness goes on to claim Rodriguez ultimately “threw down his napkin, and walked out, leaving her with the bill.”
The mag uses the supposed Serafina restaurant showdown to fuel speculation that Hudson is coming on too strong and Rodriguez is “disenchanted by her clingy ways.”
Unfortunately for In Touch, the “tearful date” that left the couple’s relationship “on rocky ground” never happened. A rep for Hudson tells Gossip Cop the restaurant story “wasn’t true.”
