Courteney Cox Responds to David Arquette Divorce Petition

Courteney Cox has filed a response to David Arquette’s divorce petition.

The estranged couple, who have remained extremely close since announcing their split in 2010, did not indicate they have any kind of prenuptial agreement.

If there’s no such agreement, Arquette would be entitled to a chunk of Cox’s earnings, including the millions she made during the last few years on “Friends.”

Like Arquette, Cox also requested joint physical and legal custody of their 8-year-old daughter, Coco.

Another sign of how amicable things are between  the two?

Neither of them have hired high-powered attorneys, noting they plan to represent themselves in the proceedings.
