Courteney Cox Celebrates 48th Birthday With… David Arquette

Courteney Cox turned 48 today, and she spent her birthday with… David Arquette.

Yes, the divorcing spouses, who filed papers a week ago to end their 13-year marriage, celebrated Cox’s birthday together with a special lunch in Malibu, along with their daughter Coco.

While the two cited “irreconcilable differences” in their divorce papers, they appeared to enjoy their family lunch.

Arquette and Cox announced their separation in October 2010, and have stayed on good terms and continued to work together professionally.

It seems like this divorce may wind up being one of Hollywood’s most amicable splits.

    Between interviews and other stories about these two, it definitely seems like they’re better apart. Good for them, at least they can make thier friendship work, for thier daughter if nothing else.

    I’m glad they can be happy as friends though, and if they can’t stay married that’s probably best for their little girl, which is the most important thing in this.
