Conrad Hilton Sentenced To Probation After Threatening To “Kill” Flight Attendants
Conrad Hilton, younger brother of Paris Hilton, was sentenced on Tuesday to three years probation, community service, and fined $5,000 for his violent outburst last July onboard a flight from London to Los Angeles, which resulted in him being handcuffed to his seat and arrested after landing.
As Gossip Cop reported at the time, Hilton went crazy on a transatlantic flight and threatened flight attendants by saying, “I am going to f*cking kill you” and called fellow passengers “f*cking peasants.” He allegedly also smoked pot in the plane’s bathroom. In March, Hilton pleaded guilty to the misdemeanor of “simple assault.”
Hilton told the judge that he’s been to rehab and receiving help from both a psychiatrist and drug counselor. And while his sentence seems light in relation to the havoc he wreaked in the skies, Gossip Cop is told it’s not inconsistent with a “simple assault” misdemeanor.
The hotel heir, however, is far from out of the woods legally. Just last month, Hilton was ordered to stay away from his ex-girlfriend Hunter Salomon, who was granted a temporary restraining after he came over to her home and threatened to kill himself because of their failed romance. He was also arrested after a high-speed car crash last August for which he was charged with reckless driving and evasion of a police officer. He’s set to be in court on July 14 and, if convicted of the charges, Hilton could land behind bars for three years.
