Conrad Hilton was arrested on Monday for allegedly breaking into Hunter Salomon’s home less than a month after she obtained a restraining order against him.

As Gossip Cop reported, Salomon, the daughter of Rick Salomon and E.G. Daily, and Hilton dated a while back, and she alleged earlier this year that he began harassing her last fall. In legal documents, she claimed Hilton, the younger brother of Paris, would repeatedly show up unwanted at her mom’s home, refusing to leave and demanding to marry her. The final straw came in late May, when Hilton allegedly threatened to kill himself if couldn’t see her. Salomon’s declaration further claimed Hilton said to “get a restraining order because he can’t restrain himself.”

The temporary stay-away order mandated that Hilton be at least 100 yards from Salomon, her parents, and her sister. But now three weeks later, Hilton went to Salomon’s family residence AGAIN, and this time he allegedly broke in. According to TMZ, cops and even helicopters came to the scene, and Hilton was taken into custody.

The incident comes just days after Hilton was sentenced to community service, a $5,000 fine, and three years of probation for allegedly threatening to kill the flight attendants while on a plane last year. It’s possible this new arrest could trigger a probation violation. Additionally, Hilton is due in court next month for a separate case, after leading police on a high-speed chase before getting into a car cash last year. He faces up to three years behind bars.

As previously noted, Salomon’s dad Rick and Hilton’s sister Paris used to date, and appeared together in the infamous “1 Night In Paris” sex tape. Gossip Cop will have updates.
